Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the US Background Verification (BGV) - Criminal Check process . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience working as a QA in a Quality department. Responsibilities include monitoring and evaluating criminal check processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with teams to enhance process efficiency.
