Job Description
As the QA/QC Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Establish and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS) in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and evaluate product quality at every stage of the production process.
Identify areas for improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Oversee the testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
Maintain accurate records of QC tests and inspections, and report any deviations or non-conformities to senior management.
Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and control production processes for quality optimization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, test results, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies, customers, and third-party auditors during inspections and audits.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related disciplines).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the FMCG or packaging industry.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a QC team effectively.
Proficiency in quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and quality management systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate quality-related information effectively.
Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software for quality management and data analysis.Job Summary:
