We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 4-6 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Python, PySpark, and SQL, combined with robust analytical and data validation capabilities. A deep understanding of statistical methodologies and the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and implement scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, and transformation of large datasets.
• Data Extraction and Reporting: Collect and synthesize data from various sources, producing detailed reports to aid stakeholder decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from data.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct EDA to discover hidden patterns and formulate data-driven hypotheses.
• Data Visualization: Present findings and recommendations through effective visualizations and presentations that communicate insights clearly.
• Management Reporting: Develop comprehensive management reports that highlight trends, patterns, and predictive insights.
