- Sourcing : Develop strategies for sourcing and purchasing based on market and competitive data
- Supplier selection : Analyze suppliers to select the best ones based on quality and cost
- Negotiation : Negotiate with suppliers to get the best products for the company
- Contract management : Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
- Inventory management : Manage inventory of supplies
- Performance reviews : Perform regular performance reviews with suppliers
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all procurement transactions
- Training : Train teams on procurement processes and strategies
- Quality improvement : Coordinate with vendors on continuous quality improvement
