Key Responsibilities

• Digital transformation project manager leads the planning and implementation of digital projects in Engineering Function, ensuring they align with business goals and client needs. Their responsibilities include:
• Project planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress
• Communication: Communicating with clients, stakeholders, team leadership, and members
• Risk management: Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
• Quality assurance: Reviewing project deliverables and providing constructive feedback
• Post-project evaluation: Conducting post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned
• Cultural change: Managing the cultural and organizational changes that accompany digital transformation
• Compliance: Ensuring that all digital transformation initiatives comply with applicable regulations and standards
• Digital literacy: Developing and implementing a digital literacy program, and facilitating workshops to educate employees
• Innovation: Fostering innovation and monitoring success
• Digital transformation project managers work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure that long-term objectives are met. They also coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  
  

Tools Proficiency: Well Versed in JIRA, MS Projects, Power Automate Workflow tools

• Experience: 12-15 years of Experience in IT/ Consulting Industry /Manufacturing
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or digital marketing
• Project management experience, handling transformation team, Technical skills: Experience with project management software, and good understanding of content management system
• Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Leadership skills: Demonstrated leadership skills
