Position Overview: As a Project Manager, the candidate will have responsibility for the planning and execution of multipleconcurrentprojects relatedtoclient’s applicationsforUtility Servicesclientsandinternalprojects.

This position will lead other teams in the execution of the project objectives, including project deliverables, performance tobudget, and adherence to schedule. The role needs positive "can do" attitude with a passion to deliver, self-motivation and a proactive approach.Individuals need to take responsibility, be organized, and demonstrate a professional approach to their work. Thispositionrequires someoverlaptoUStimezoneandexpectsindividualstoworkuntil3:30PMESTtime.

Requirementsandskills

• Atleast5 fulllifecycleimplementations,2as projectmanager.
• 1fulllifecycleprojectusingavariation oftheScrumagileframework.
• Technologyexperience–whileyoudon’tneedtocode,youdo needto beableto converseintelligentlywithpeoplethatdo.
• Demonstratedunderstandingofhowthetechnology you havemanagedhas animpactonbusinessoperations.
• Abilityto conversebusinessprocesswithcustomers–it’snot justaboutthetechnology.
• Utilityindustry(electric,gas,water,etc) experienceaplus.
• Managedmultipleprojectsthroughallphasesofthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle.
• Abilityto quickly learnandprovidevaluewhenplacedinunfamiliarsettings.
• Abilitytobuildconfidencewithinteamand client.
• Excellentcommunicatorofideasbothorallyandthroughdocumentsand othervisualaids.
• Abilitytomeettheexpectationsoftheclient.

• Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessadministration orequivalentwork experience.
• 5+years(minimum) experienceworkingasaProjectManagerinoperationsand/orbusinessenvironment(consultingorsupporting ofexternalclientaplus).
• MSOfficeSuiteProficiency (includingMicrosoftProjectandVisio).
• FormaltrainingorcertificationsinProjectManagement (PMP)and/orAGILE orSCRUM.

• ShouldhaveexperienceinResourceManagement,ProjectStatusReporting,Document Management,ProjectEstimates,ProjectPlanCreationandMaintenance,RiskManagementand TimeManagement.
• EstablishandMaintainrelationshipwithTechnical&ApplicationsFunctionalOrganizations.
• Understand,Manage,Coordinateactivitieswith allpartiesexternalto Technical&Applications.
• Shouldbecapableoforganizingprojectscrums,prepareandreportBurn-downcharts.
• Scheduleappropriatemeetingsrelated to theproject.
• Provideprojectleadership,work directionandfeedback.
• Motivatework ofothersoutsideofdirectauthorityto ensureprojectmilestones anddeliverablesaremet.
• Conveyandreportstatus to executives,globalbusinesspartnersand allotherkeystakeholders.
• Presentformalpresentationsandexecutivesummariestoseniormanagementtoproviderecommendationsandstatusupdates.
• Shouldbeanexcellent communicatorand teamplayer.
