We are looking for a passionate" Technical Project Coordinator "to bridge the gap between development and project management. The ideal candidate is a skilled developer eager to expand their expertise into project planning, execution, and team leadership

  • Lead and manage the technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and project stakeholders
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
  • Oversee code reviews, design discussions, and the implementation of best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the project's success.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adapt plans as needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure the team’s technical growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years as a developer with a strong track record in full-stack or specialised development.
  • Project Management: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, task tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and workflow optimization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and interest in transitioning to a leadership and project management role.
  • Prior experience leading small projects or teams.
