Project logistics is a specialized sector of the logistics industry, requiring an integrated approach to the global orchestration of material flow, order management, and shipment execution from multiple origins to a defined site location. This includes the transportation of regular, out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo and other sensitive items across various transport modes (Ocean, Air, and Land) to ensure delivery in full, on time, and in the correct sequence as per the customer’s project plan and schedule.

We excel in project transport solution design, special cargo transportation, specialized transport asset management, and comprehensive project management services.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program manager with deep Cargowise One knowledge to join our global team. This role will be responsible making MPL’s Cargowise One instance to meet the requirements from the MPL Platform Product Owner, that meet the overall requirements and strategy for MPL. Establishing designing and improving global our Cargowise to make sure standards are meet, and continuously improves processes and error tracing. Making sure we meet business controls requirements. Make sure integrations and connections to other system as are setup and running at all time.

Key Responsibilities

• Standard Adherence and Performance Monitoring of our Cargowise One performance and processes
• Establish and adjust Cargowise according to policy and process changes across the MPL organization to ensure global standardization.
• Support stakeholders to Translate policies into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training plans for global operations teams.
• EDI/API setup to/from Cargowise to other Maersk systems.
• Support roll-out of Cargowise in various regions.
• Communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels, including full project reporting.
• Discuss technical solutions and options with relevant teams and stakeholders.
• Any Other Duties as assigned by Direct Leader as needed to meet the business needs.
  
  

Required Experience And Skills

• Must be a proven professional in Cargowise One
• Specialized knowledge on Cargowise One in all modules, related to freight forwarding
• High-level knowledge of Cargowise integration to other systems
• Specialized knowledge and understanding of EDI/API solution.
• Administrator Cargowise experience.
• Ability to identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Operation and Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail and strong drive to give operation and sales the best circumstances to support the customers.
• Strong understanding of Maersk’s business complexity and the role of products within the organization, is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience of freight forwarding process knowledge; must have knowledge of freight forwarding processes for both Sea- and Airfreight.
• Problem solving and process improvement mind-set.
• Strong collaboration and Internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable with internal Customer presentation and meeting leading.
• Perseverant & action oriented
• English language well written and spoken
