Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production And Quality Incharge to join our team at HARI CONSOLIDATED PVT. LTD. As a Production And Quality Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring product quality standards are met, and implementing quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methodologies
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall production process and ensure timely delivery of products
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality standards are met
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify and resolve production and quality issues
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime
• Train and supervise production and quality control staff
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
• Maintain production and quality records and prepare reports for management review
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in production and quality control practices
