Product Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in fintech to lead the development and management of our digital financial products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product management, an analytical mindset, and an in-depth understanding of financial products and user needs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, customer needs, and market demands.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and keep up with fintech industry trends.
• User-Centric Product Design: Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that align with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data, marketing, and customer support teams to execute product strategies and meet business goals.
• Product Development & Launch: Manage the product development process, including defining clear requirements, coordinating with technical teams, testing, and overseeing product launches.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish KPIs and use analytics to measure product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for product-related updates, aligning stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of product management experience in fintech, with a proven track record of managing digital financial products (e.g., payments, lending, digital banking, financial inclusion).
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, digital lending, payments infrastructure, and/or financial inclusion.
• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.) and proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions.
• Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and behavior.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with API integration, open banking, or B2B fintech platforms.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with machine learning or AI applications in fintech.
