Product Management
- Build the product strategy and roadmap in line with customers problems and company’s vision.
- Collaborate with other product teams and Business to drive the product roadmap and build consensus across the organization.
- Own end-to-end key product metrics across organization
- Lead a team of junior PMs to design and build core product offerings.
- Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom line results including long term pricing and commercialization strategies.
- Own long term vision, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, market domain research, GTM to deliver significant business impact and customer delight.
- Influence business stakeholders to drive change management in the organization for product/tech adoption on the ground.
- Lead a set of cross functional teams by translation of the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to drive the product development goals.
- Communicate the product solutions and offerings effectively internally and externally.
