Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the companys success.

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations related to Property & Casualty insurance processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims and related documentation.
- Utilize MS Office tools to manage and analyze data effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide support in resolving any issues related to claims processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their concerns.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest corrective actions when necessary.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing best practices and insights.
- Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Have domain experience in Auto
- Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
- Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable to changing priorities and work environments.

- Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of relevant experience.
