Process Expert / Senior Process Expert

SPC team manages issuing pricing quotes for Complex Dimension cargo. The team manages booking creation & Amendments for customer. The role will help us enhance customer experience create visibility on OOG bookings performances.

• Create Bookings for OOG shipment on customer request
• Coordinate with Equipment team, VSA & Stowage partners to ensure faster booking confirmation
• Act as a point of contact for managing customer requested booking amendments.
• Ensure timely actioning of customer request to ensure enhanced customer experience
• Actively work together with the SPC Quoting team to ensure accurate pricing
• Act in line to manage TAT & quality on bookings
• Identify Customer specific Improvement areas – GCSS enhancement, Auto Booking tool
• Create solutions to bring in Improvements in Quote to bookings Conversions
• Provide analysis and conclusions for management decisions
