Job Description
The Oracle Health Service Operations Excellence (SOE) team is hiring a Program Manager to lead key programs in change, problem, and asset management supporting Oracle Health’s critical customers. This role will collaborate with Incident Management, Support, and Product Development teams and provide operational support to ensure safe, automated change execution through well-defined standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, the Program Manager will drive problem identification, root cause analysis, and preventive action tracking to minimize the recurrence of high-blast-radius incidents (HBEs).
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud operations, program management, and process optimization, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can foster cross-functional alignment to enhance operational excellence across teams.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Change and Problem Managers to deliver operational support (KTLO) aimed at improving the experience of Oracle Health customers.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency within product teams, ultimately improving service availability and reliability.
- Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamline processes, and identify automation opportunities to assist product development teams in executing safe changes, identifying problem trends, and categorizing root causes.
