- Ability to work in a collaborative mode within various teams Preferred
- Experience in status reporting, status tracking & other administrative tasks required within the account
- Handling and collating resource requirements for resource management
- Ensure actionable for invoicing, resourcing etc are tracked to closure
- Coordination within support functions, support teams & within the team
- Monitor and review operating budgets in consultations with finance and delivery team
- Creating baselining monitoring and evaluating project budgets and resources
- Commercial management- SOWs/CRs (internal training & hand holding will be provided), invoicing, timesheets etc Travel, Visa & Project management office administration
- Account & Project life cycle tracking (creation to closure)
- RRID's and resource management from project perspective
- Updating various trackers and monitoring progress
