Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our team in Nagpur. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for sales and conversion activities for our Pharmacy’s. This is a field job, and you will be required to visit societies and engage with residents to promote our Pharmacy’s and walk in store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting door-to-door visits to societies to promote the Pharmacy’s and walk in store
• Engaging with residents to explain the discount’s and benefits of the Pharmacy’s
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Providing regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents to encourage on going events , Mahasale’s , Camp etc ...
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or field marketing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel within Nagpur for fieldwork.
• Basic understanding of Medicines, Pharmacy store.
