Responsibilities
As our Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert, you will:
- Strategize and execute PPC ad campaigns:
- Plan, create, and optimize highly effective Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Research and identify the right audience, keywords, and placements to send traffic to our platforms.
- Campaign optimization for performance:
- Perform daily tracking and optimization of campaigns to maximize conversions while maintaining a healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting.
- Target setting and reporting:
- Define clear KPIs and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ensure alignment with business goals, such as quality lead generation and conversions.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities, and presenting actionable insights to the team.
- Cost management:
- Manage ad spend efficiently while maximizing results, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
- Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activity and strategize to stay ahead in the market.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for companies of diverse sizes, preferably in technology or B2B industries.
- Strong track record of increasing ROI and achieving significant lead generation goals.
- Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
- Solid understanding of paid media KPIs, conversion rate optimization, and tools like A/B testing platforms or heatmaps.
- Excellent analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Experience with designing or consulting on landing pages optimized for conversions.
- Up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certification is a strong plus.
- Experience in marketing for hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is advantageous, as our focus includes tracking success metrics and automation.
