Position Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about employee engagement and human resource management. As a People Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement:
Assist in organizing team-building activities and events to enhance employee morale and engagement.
Onboarding Support:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
HR Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and policy documents.
Employee Communication:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in communicating and implementing company policies and procedures.
HR Metrics Reporting:
Support in preparing reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, engagement levels, and performance trends.
Training Coordination:
Schedule and manage employee training sessions and track attendance and progress.
Recruitment Support:
Collaborate with recruiters to facilitate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating assessments.
Compliance:
Ensure HR practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
General HR Support:
Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and employee management.
