• Familiarity with parking equipment and technologies

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the parking facilities and ensure optimal utilization of available space
• Guide and support visitors in locating appropriate parking areas
• Ensure smooth flow of vehicles within the parking premises
• Monitor and maintain the security of parked vehicles
• Assist in enforcing parking regulations and resolving any issues or disputes
• Coordinate with the security team to ensure the safety and security of the parking facilities
• Perform regular inspections and report any damages or maintenance requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and address their parking-related queries
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and records related to parking activities
