Job Description

  • Overall, 8 to 15 Years’ experience with 6+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.
  • Expertise in Fusion Manufacturing and Maintenance application. Should be able to map business requirements to Oracle processes, perform fit-gap analysis and design solution.
  • Good understanding of various types of manufacturing (Discrete / Process / Project based). Experience of implementing Process manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Thorough understanding of various types of maintenance programs, related processes and practices.
  • Good experience and knowledge of at least 2 other Oracle SCM modules preferably Inventory Management / Quality / Costing / Planning
  • Minimum 2 End to End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP.
  • Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills.
  • Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.
  • Must be a graduate, and domain/industry experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

An experienced consulting professional who has understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead / module architect on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.

8-15years of experience relevant to this position including 6 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
