Key Responsibilities
Conduct call verifications for our leads and customers.
Resolve customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, and chat.
Provide outstanding customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
