KRA2 Working Capital Management To review Creditors and Creditor Advances basis and highlight concern area-Monthly review & followup for O/s. Advances more then Six Month and Clearance / Adjustment of the same
KRA3 Key system & process improvement Customer Satisfaction - Suppliers-Timely passing of Bills of Suppliers.Proper Compliance of CST / VAT-Correction of CST / VAT No. of Supplier Master in SAP and follow up for creation of NEW Supplier Master for Multi location Suppliers.System study-Identify new area for saving opportunity
KRA4 WCM & MIS "Participation in WCM & Kaizen--Attending WCM Meetings and participate in WCM activities.
