Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant/Office Administrator will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks to support office operations and enhance overall productivity. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting CEB operations and will further the role of DMN in Mumbai . This role involves making of MIS reports, preparing documents, scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive in his approach, detail-oriented, and efficient at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Office Tasks: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, compilation of data/reports and assist CEB operations at Powai.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, including presentations, reports, and spreadsheets. Proof reading of quarterly magazine and making necessary corrections.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements and further the activities of DMN in Mumbai
  • Asset Disposal: To take care of the asset disposal portal and trouble shoot in case of any issues with the system.
  • Customer Service: Greet and meet visitors/customers as per the requirement of the business.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize office records, both digital and physical.
  • Office Coordination: Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and other gatherings in an around Mumbai
  • Financial Tasks: Process invoices, track expenses and other assistance as and when the need arises.
  • Coordinate with DMN Offices: Coordinate and extend all the help needed by DMN offices in Mumbai.

Requirements

  • Education: Any Non Engineering Graduate/Post Graduate.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Good command over English and Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
