We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Site Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our KYC Operations office facility which is spread across 3 locations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1-2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Attention to details and Proactive approach.

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Site Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our KYC Operations office facility which is spread across 3 locations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, inventory for KYC Operations teams.
- Coordinate meetings, and events for Senior Management on KYC operations floor.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed for raising any entitlements or access to different premises.
- Visitor Management in case of any Senior visitor on floor meeting KYC Operations teams.
- Working closely with facilities and CRS department on managing site expectations and policy adherence
- Liaise with staff, management, and external vendors. Managing and tracking Vendor expense bills and raising the same on Citi Portals for prompt payments .
- Coordinate office moves, relocations, and other arrangements as needed and prescribed by Citi
- Create a tracker to track all Office assets and allocation done to staff members across the team.
- Support Newly Hired employees on initial onboarding and ensuring smooth experience on floor.
1-2 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
