Non-IT Recruiter - Freshers

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter - Freshers to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in recruiting for non-IT positions, who are passionate about sourcing, evaluating, and placing top talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for non-IT roles through job boards, social media, and other channels.

Resume Screening: Review and assess resumes to identify candidates who meet the specific requirements of non-IT positions.

Interviewing: Conduct interviews, including initial screenings and in-depth discussions, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for non-IT roles.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and candidate selection.

Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and keeping them informed of their status.

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings for non-IT positions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with job requirements.

Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process.

Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve the recruitment process.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and offer details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role with a strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in recruitment software, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
