Company Description Future Connect Broadband is a leading ISP located in Calicut Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operations Center Engineer at Future Connect BroadBand PVT LTD (RIG INDIA) in Kozhikode. The Network Operations Center Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with field technicians, and ensuring network stability and reliability. Qualifications Proficiency in Server installation and configuration Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,
