Prepare for monthly one to one business review with the HC sales team.
Use this meeting to review in particular
Review & refer back to Commercial Director
Business Management
Liaise closely with all other departments to the smooth and efficient operation of the region.
Collaboration with other departments
Pricing offers to customers within his authority
Contract approval as per company guidelines and within his authority

Quantitative Data
Sales activity dashboard
Business Development Report (BDR)
Price Management report (Price Effect)
Contribution results
Strong leadership capability
Ability to negotiate complex and high value contracts
Ability to develop collaborative working relationships internally and externally

Tertiary Qualifications In Marketing And/or Management Preferred
Demonstrable, deep and successful experience in sales management with an experience of 15-20 years.
Sound knowledge or experience in Business and Financial Management
Strong financial and analytical skills
Experience working with Google suite applications
Experience in a Healthcare environment is preferable
Bioscience/B.Tech/ MBA in Business Management

Use this meeting to review in particular
- His/Her portfolio of opportunities in BAR+
- The progress of Active opportunities
- The contracts signed since the last meeting and those expected to be signed
- The overall activity [visits, overdue, price management....]
- Work with the teams to prepare & establish sales target, Lead team on new customer signatures and existing customer management
Review & refer back to Commercial Director
- all customer creation and modification requests
- all Contract/pricing creation and modification requests
- all requests for new installations at Customers’ site, including request for
Business Management
Liaise closely with all other departments to the smooth and efficient operation of the region.
- To liaise with Operations , CSD & Distribution to ensure timely deliveries of supplies.
- Take responsibility for AR for all customers with CSD support.
- To track timely delivery of Invoice to Customers with the Distribution team.
