Job Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Mixologist for a mid-level position at the UJWAL ROOFTOP CAFE in Indore. This full-time role requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in mixology and bartending. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating innovative drink menus, ensuring customer satisfaction, and executing drink orders efficiently and creatively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in mixology techniques for crafting a diverse range of cocktails (Mandatory skill).
• Deep understanding of cocktail making, from classic recipes to modern innovations.
• Experience in bartending, including handling high-pressure environments and maintaining composure.
• Flair bartending skills to entertain and engage customers while preparing drinks.
• Expertise in drink presentation, ensuring each beverage is visually appealing.
