Marketing Executive

Job Description: Seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling the core marketing BTL activity of the assigned Area.

• Help the sales team with the Execution.

• Help sales team in achieving their day-to-day target of Distributor and help to enroll new Outlet to increase their sales.

• Keep an eye on Competitors' new launches and schemes driven by them.

• Data update and analysis for the unit.

• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and support sales efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry or related industry.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
