Responsibities

• Talent acquisition (40%):
• Support in manpower planning.
• Understand the hiring requirement, create JDs (if needed), and recruit quality manpower (screening to closure) within the defined TAT and budget.
• Manage and update trackers - candidate and reference check.
• Talent management (10%): Provide support in:
• managing the performance management process and building a culture of performance. b. creating career development plans for team members.
• HR operations (30%):
• Managing the payroll process.
• Managing all statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity).
• Maintaining a healthy interaction with all members, supporting and managing grievances.
• Support in annual planning, new initiatives / projects, as required (10%).
• People management (10%):
• Ensure effective performance of assigned member/s.
• Guide and mentor the team to build capability.
• Ensure team retention and motivation.

• Hiring closures (number for positions, quality and TAT)
• Number of projects initiated / completed in a year
• Data management – TAT and error rate
• Process compliance
  
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification MBA (HR); dual specialization in finance or marketing will be desirable
• Experience 10 – 14 years
• Language English, Hindi
• Knowledge, Skill and Ability
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good presentation making and delivery skills
• In-depth knowledge in talent acquisition and management
• Good knowledge of statutory compliances
• Strategic thinking
• Technical Knowledge
• Good knowledge of HRMS, MS office
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Canva will be desirable
