Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Responsible for maintaining the quality standards for suppliers as well as for all the sites at Mahindra Solarize. Leading the after sales customer service and ensuring the service levels are met.

Devise and establish a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications as per ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018

Managing MR responsibilities for External agency IMS Audits for Recertification cycle

Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures"

Develops quality assurance plans as per Customer Specification and monitoring procedures

Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends

Partner with the Business Heads on all related operational and strategic issues

Working in Close Coordination with SCM team to establish quality requirements from external suppliers/ Traders/ Distributors for Businesses.

Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet the IEC/BIS requirements for Co-Branding of the Products.

Monitor Supplier & Channel Partners performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports on monthly MIS.

Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and deploying across the functions.

Conduct the Internal Audits within the Organisation as per set audit frequency.

Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborating with engineering and Site teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective & preventive actions.

Participating in product testing and validation activities.

Coordination for site commissioning activities of all Electrical & Mechanical systems including PV side & Switchyard side.

Managing and measuring the performance of Third Party Inspection agency.

Handling the Customer Complaints within the Defect Liability Period of the Project.

Monitor ESG Data (Scope 1,2,3) emissions of the Businesses for Sustainability reporting.

Experience

8+ years of experience into similar role.

Qualifications

Industry Preferred

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from Electrical/Mechanical
