Responsibilities
Minimum Mandatory:
Law Graduate from an institute of repute recognized by UGC/AICTE.
Experience
Essential: Minimum 7 years of experience in a reputed law firm / corporate house primarily in litigation & disputes resolution with sound knowledge of procedures in Supreme Court, Bombay High Court, criminal courts, NCLT, etc.
- To handle and coordinate all legal activities of the company in consultation with management.
- To liaise/recommend and assist in engaging lawyers to represent the company in various courts/forums.
- To render issue based legal advice to all departments.
- Attending the hearings of all the cases.
- Providing various information pertaining to legal matters to management from time to time.
- Keeping records over the claim related papers and its resolution for any future reference purpose.
- Participating in meetings with reference to any legal cases and its follow up from time to time.
- Safeguarding the interest of the company from any legal cases/ claims related matter.
- Maintaining various agreements under control for any unauthorized usage.
- Preparations and filling of suits/petitions, legal notices.
- Research and presentation on legal topics.
- Experience in contract drafting and contract management is preferred.
