Job Description

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Lead Engagement Initiatives: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including monthly townhall meetings, festival celebrations, team-building events, and other cultural initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor Employee Satisfaction: Use surveys, feedback sessions, and one-on-one conversations to understand employee concerns, and collaborate with management to implement engagement strategies.
  • Promote Diversity & Inclusion: Ensure inclusive practices in all engagement activities to support a diverse workplace, fostering a culture of respect and equality.

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Drive L&D Programs: Collaborate with the corporate L&D team to roll out learning initiatives on digital platforms and facilitate in-person training sessions at the site.
  • Identify Training Needs: Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Track Progress: Measure the impact and effectiveness of L&D initiatives through regular assessments and reports, ensuring alignment with career development plans and business objectives.

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment Support: To manage the hiring process, including role planning, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding activities to attract top talent, supporting recruitment drives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Talent Management & HR Support

  • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation sessions, to integrate them into the company culture effectively.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of the performance review process, providing guidance to managers and employees to align individual performance with organizational goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with department managers and cross-functional teams to understand their HR needs, support their initiatives, and drive effective communication.
  • Provide HR Guidance: Act as a go-to HR resource, providing counsel on HR policies, workforce planning, and talent management practices.

Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Policy Implementation: Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and local regulations. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address policy-related queries and concerns.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain employee data accuracy in HRIS, generate reports for HR analytics, and track key HR metrics.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6-8 years of previous work experience in Human Resources
