- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the power plant, ensuring efficient generation and distribution of power
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant performance, reduce downtime, and enhance overall productivity
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe working environment
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and operational efficiency to senior management
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to drive innovation and modernization
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities to ensure optimal resource utilization and financial efficiency
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the power operations
QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Power Engineering, or related field
- MBA or advanced management degree (preferred)
