We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Manager for our Life and Annuities Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 14 years of experience with a strong background in Agency Management and proficiency in MS Office. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services ensuring client satisfaction and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of services within the Life and Annuities Insurance division ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the management of agency operations ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide strategic direction to the team aligning their efforts with the companys goals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Implement best practices in service delivery continuously improving processes.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage resources effectively ensuring optimal utilization and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during service delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of service delivery.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in service delivery management.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Have extensive experience in Agency Management within the Life and Annuities Insurance sector.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Display a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Have a strong understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
- Be adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
