Job Description

Must Have Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of large language models, natural language processing techniques and prompt engineering.
• Experience in testing and validation processes to ensure the models' accuracy and efficiency in real-world scenarios.
• Experience in design, build, and deployment of innovative applications utilizing Gen AI technologies such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based chatbots or agents.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud platforms.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Analyzes problems, identifies solutions, and makes decisions.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
  
  
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with OCI services to create scalable and reliable frameworks for language model-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with emerging LLM frameworks and plugins, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, VectorStores and Retrievers, LLM Cache, LLMOps (MLFlow), LMQL, Guidance, etc.
• Experience with OpenSearch, Vector databases, PostgreSQL and Kafka Streaming.
• Engages with the Technical Sales Teams, prospects, and customers to ensure business needs can be addressed with OCI’s capabilities.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, including emerging theories, algorithms, and technologies.
• Cybersecurity in AI and ML .
• OCI Generative AI Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Be a leader, a ‘doer’, with a vision & desire to contribute to a business with a technical project focus and mentality that centers around a superior customer experience.

• Responsible for participating in customer engagements to collaboratively design and implement cloud-based AI solutions.
• Deploy or migrate custom solutions into Container Engine for Kubernetes leveraging automation and DevOps principles.
• Utilization of tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and timely migrations of cloud native solutions from other cloud providers with minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as cloud architects, cloud operations, and application support to ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Creates and distributes technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations).
• Proactive approach to the task and self-learner. Self-motivated, you have the natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges.
• Ability to work in (virtual) teams. To get a specific job done often requires working together with many colleagues spread out in different countries.
• Comfortable in a collaborative, agile environment.
