Responsibilities
BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 14 to 18 years of experience
- Monitor project progress & maintain project schedule
- Develop project budget & track project costs according to contractual obligations
- Review & study project documents including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals & contracts.
- Prepare Schedules and necessary updates of project activities & track the material dispatch, manpower & equipment
- Maintain budgetary, Scheduling & project database and report regularly about project progress, plans & problems that could significantly affect costs & schedules.
- Manage compliance, quality control & assurance standards & safety protocols.
- Co-ordination with consultant for drawing /document approval.
- Good knowledge of IS & other applicable codes.
