Duties And Responsibilities
- Verification & Implementation of various IT related compliances stipulated as per Insurance Laws.
- Publishing of relevant new laws and notifications from IRDAI and closely monitoring its implementation within the organization.
- Conduct Licensing activities while liaisoning with relevant insurance Authorities.
- Publishing analysis of relevant IRDAI orders/inspection reports within stipulated timelines.
- Review of advertisement, customer servicing material and Legal agreements from Compliance perspective.
- Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to deliver pro-compliance suggestions with minimal cost and delivery impacts.
- Meet distributor Legal & Compliance heads to have better in-roads on product exclusivity with BFHL distributors.
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
- Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum experience of 5-7 years.
- Candidates with prior Legal or Compliance experience in IT domain would be preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication styled to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Good knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel, MS powerpoint, etc.
