Key Account Manager Hospitals

Position Summary: We seek a dynamic and result-oriented Key Accounts Manager for our Hospital channel. Your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue generation. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch of first in-India Hospital platform in Hospitals of Gujarat & online marketing for rest of India
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors.
  • To ensure the achievement of sales targets in geographic areas through effective planning and implementing of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Respond diligently and systematically to unsolicited customers requests
  • KOL & Key Account Management.
  • Identify and discuss with key opinion leaders and Key Accounts to create awareness and build on relationships.
  • Provide educational support & Marketing support to Target End Users
  • Implement & Drive Monthly, Quarterly & Year plans.
  • Prepare and submit accurate, meaningful, strategic, and analytical reports as requested.
  • Evaluate market trends and gather market and competitive information.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • He/she should be from the healthcare industry, preferably from B2B Sales like surgical/disposable/consumables or critical care or E-commerce healthcare company.
  • Min. experience of 2-3 years in working with hospitals, Institutions, Government Tenders, etc. in the Gujarat market
  • Should have experience in distribution/channel partner management.
  • Graduate B.Sc., BBA, B.Com, BA, B. Pharm or BE (MBA Preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Preferred: Hindi English, Gujarati Language. (For outside Gujarat English and French)
