Junior Recruiter

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with an MBA or BBA who are passionate about recruitment and eager to support the hiring process across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, and networking.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Job Posting: Post job openings on relevant job boards and social media channels.

Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status.

Offer Management: Assist in preparing and sending offer letters to selected candidates.

Onboarding Support: Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and track metrics such as candidate pipeline and time-to-fill.

Continuous Improvement: Support recruitment process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
