Key Responsibilities
- Handling cases related to Conciliation and Arbitration
- Correspond to the legal and other queries of parties, neutrals, and clients for smooth online dispute resolution through emails.
- Documentation and sharing of draft Notices, Arbitral awards, Statements of Claims, applications, etc, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
- Scheduling of hearing as part of Conciliation & Arbitration proceedings.
- Preparation and updation of various sheets from time to time related to Conciliation and arbitration status, payment of fees for neutrals, arbitration fees for parties, etc.
- Raising of invoices related to payments for arbitration and conciliation fees.
- Several other ADR-related research and new judgments.
