Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior HR (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to start a career in HR. The Junior HR role will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR administration, while gaining hands-on experience across various HR areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and help screen applications.
Employee Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating orientations, and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and informed.
HR Administration:
- Manage employee records, organize documents, and assist with updating HR systems.
- Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying required information.
Employee Relations:
- Provide assistance in handling employee queries and issues, escalating matters when necessary.
- Support engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
Data Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of employee data and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and organizing relevant data.
Compliance and Policy Support:
- Help ensure compliance with HR policies and company guidelines.
- Participate in policy research and documentation to stay informed about current HR practices.
Learning & Development Support:
- Help coordinate training sessions, assist in tracking attendance, and gather participant feedback for future improvement.
Event Coordination:
- Assist with planning and organizing internal events and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team setting.
- Basic understanding of HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
