- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Updating & Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Receiving & processing of all invoices including sales, purchases, and expenses vouchers
- paying monthly payroll
- Handling day to day Petty cash
- Reconciling Monthly Bank statement
- Reconcile the Vendor Ledger & process payment procedure
- Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Assist with other accounting projects
- Need 1 resources in accounts with an experience of atleast 2+ years in domain of Real Estate.& Handling accounting, audit process and all statutory compliance.
- Preparing & Filing of returns of Income tax, TDS, GST, ROC etc.
