- Ensure adherence to service delivery and assurance KPIs,
- Maintain relationships with local authorities,
- Handle any unforeseen situations and escalations,
- Review materials regularly and ensure tool kit availability,
- Engage and drive team and local partners productivity,
- Ensure timely availability of contractors and partners
