Roles And Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Resolution
• Provide expert troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity across the organization.
• System Maintenance
• Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring optimal security and reliability in IT infrastructure.
• User Support & Training
• Assist users with technical issues, provide training on IT best practices, and create user-friendly guides to enhance technical literacy across teams.
• Network & Security
• Monitor network stability, implement security measures, manage backups, and respond to potential security threats to protect sensitive company data.
• Asset Management
• Track IT inventory, manage software licenses, schedule necessary equipment upgrades, and ensure IT assets are up-to-date.
• Incident & Problem Management
• Handle support tickets efficiently, conduct root cause analyses, ensure SLAs are met, and track recurring issues to reduce incidents.
• Documentation
• Document IT processes, troubleshoot solutions, and report key metrics to management for ongoing improvement and transparency.
• Collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects, enhance IT workflows, and contribute to company-wide technology goals.
• Compliance & Improvement
• Ensure compliance with company and industry IT policies, follow IT best practices, and identify areas for process improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network management.
• Strong knowledge of IT asset management, security protocols, and documentation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
