Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter focused on training and placement to join our team. This full-time position is suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role is available in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Madanapalle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the recruitment needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring successful placements.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Interviewing (Mandatory skill): Ability to conduct technical and behavioral interviews effectively.
  • Candidate Screening (Mandatory skill): Proficient in screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts to assess technical skills of candidates.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Ability to identify and address the training requirements of staff and clients.
  • Onboarding: Experience in managing the onboarding process for new recruits.
  • HR Policies: Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and clients effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Coordinate with departments to understand and meet their recruitment requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage training sessions to assess and develop the skills of recruits.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and assist new employees in transitioning smoothly into their roles.
  • Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
