- Online material sampling, testing, and maintain its related documents.
- Finished product sampling.
- Check status of equipment & material tagged the label accordingly.
- Review daily records of production & QC.
- Perform Calibration of instruments and equipment as per the schedule and Verify record.
- Make all related entries in the standard format as per SOP.
- Check process status label of the QC & Production.
- Dark particles checked in Finished Product, In-process material, and maintain the record.
- Verification of production process parameters and monitor activities.
- Investigation if any deviation is observed and immediately inform to dept. head
- Any work assign by directors / Dept. Head
