Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on skills, prior experience, and academic background.
• Post-Internship Opportunity: A performance evaluation will be conducted at the end of the internship. High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions with competitive salaries and additional benefits, including regular travel opportunities, fuel allowances, and annual leave.

• Procurement Coordinator 
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conducted supplier research and prepared requests for quotations (RFQs).
• Negotiate pricing and credit terms with vendors to secure favourable agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in Tally software.
• Establish and sustain positive vendor relationships to support long-term procurement goals.
• Requirements: Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in data entry tools.

• Import Operations Specialist 
• Key Responsibilities:
• Organise and manage documentation related to import transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clearing agents and port authorities to streamline import operations.
• Conduct pricing and competitiveness analysis using tools such as Volza.
• Assist in developing strategies to optimise import costs and processes.
• Requirements: Attention to detail, proficiency in research tools, and familiarity with trade documentation.

• Market Research Analyst 
• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate potential international markets to expand the company’s footprint.
• Research certification requirements for various markets and recommend necessary actions.
• Analyse industry trends and identify new applications for existing products.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to support market entry strategies.
• Requirements: Strong analytical skills and an interest in global market dynamics.

• Financial Analyst 
• Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank transactions and ensure accurate maintenance of TDS records.
• Prepare financial reports and support cost analysis for management.
• Perform detailed data analysis to assist in financial forecasting and decision-making.
• Maintain monthly bookkeeping records and generate stock statements.
• Requirements: Proficiency in financial analysis tools, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills.

• Administrative Operations Assistant

• Manage and coordinate travel bookings, including flights and train reservations.
