We need Installation Manager - Roofing

For the worlds first lighting system which transforms any ceiling into the sky with technology using special optics and design. You feel like you are sitting outdoors under the sky even when you are actually indoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the installation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise installation teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.
• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure meeting the quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Provide training and ongoing support to installation staff
• Coordination with different departments for seamless installation experience
• Prepare regular reports on installation progress, team performance, and any issues that arise during projects.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, Interior, Architecture etc.) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in installation management or a related role Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Prior experience in HNI client handling is mandatory
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills is must.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
