Job Profile: Sales Counsellor

Working Days: 6 days a week

DOJ: Immediate joiners (06th December,2024)

CTC: Max upto 5.5lpa(fixed) + incentives(salary is non-negotiable)

Experience: Minimum 6 months in inside sales profile

Languages known: Telugu+English(mandatory)

Sugarfit leverages a precision health platform combining CGM sensors, Machine Learning, and Medical Science to improve human metabolic health and reverse chronic disease through precision nutrition, progressive fitness and behavioral health advice. Job Role

Their primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing product information, assisting with purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


● Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads through calls and emails

● Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries.

● Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets

● Be a team player and build a good relationship with clients

● Manage the office and take care of inventory and operations

● Be energetic and enthusiastic throughout



Requirements

● Strong listening and presentation skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Comfortable with rotational shifts and timings

● Immediate joiner is preferred



Timings

9 hours shift | 6 days working with rotational week off
